Compassionate GLP-1 Weight Loss Support in Northern Colorado
Medical Grade Weight Loss & Diet Counseling
We are thrilled to be offering our patients a scientifically-backed and evidence-based option for weight loss. With the use of GLP-1s, we can help you overcome some of your major barriers to losing weight. These medications work by mimicking your intrinsic GLP-1 and GIP hormones that regulate blood sugar, appetite, and satiety. Stress, cravings, and hormones no longer have to wreak havoc on your progress. Let us help and support you on your wellness journey.
Program Overview
Our program consists of an initial screening visit to review your health history to ensure you are a good candidate for our weight loss program. We then work to create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle and aligns with your goals. We will have weekly in-person or virtual check-ins as we want to keep you accountable and cheer you on. We also offer the option of working with a local Registered Dietitian to ensure you are losing weight healthily and to help transition you off of the medication as the time comes. Our passion is to help you create real and lasting changes and to give the tools to live your best and most healthy life.
GLP-1 Weight Loss Support is effective in:
