June Aesthetics and Medspa Policies
Updated 1/29/25
Scheduling:
We encourage clients to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept as part of your record.
Appointment Reminder:
As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message reminder 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason, and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Arrival:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to complete any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
Consultation Policy:
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days.
Good Faith Exam:
As part of our ongoing effort to maintain medical compliance, every patient is required to be seen and evaluated by a medical provider prior to their treatment. As a result, you may be charged $28/year to be cleared for all of the aesthetics and/or injectable treatments offered at June Aesthetics and Medspa, Fort Collins. This evaluation will be performed via a telehealth visit by a licensed medical provider. This evaluation will occur on an annual basis and is required before any treatments can be performed.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your credit card on file may be charged a cancellation fee of $75. If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered and you will either be charged the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee, whichever is greater. Appointments scheduled for Monday must be cancelled/rescheduled by 3pm on Friday in order to avoid cancellation fees. Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card on file.
Pricing and Prepayments Policy:
Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
